This is a comprehensive course using Ableton that covers every facet of my music-making process. In it you will learn:

• How I finish every track I start.

• My techniques for making music that is dynamic instead of static

• How I get from a blank screen to a sweet loop quickly

• My digging process and how it's completely connected to my music making process

• All of the technical and musical techniques I use

• My methods for success inside and outside the studio.

First I will tell you a little bit about how I got from being an unsuccessful Beatport Tech House producer to where I am now. This section will include an introduction to some changes I made that I consider foundational and necessary for me to have made that jump.

Then I will take you piece by piece through every element of my process - starting with my process outside Ableton, including how I dig and catalog my findings, and how you can apply that to production.

After that, we'll open up Ableton and over the course of 2.5 hours I will take you piece by piece through my different processes - drum groove and processing, how I work with samples and synths, and my principles for arrangement.

After that, we'll take everything we've learned and build up a track from my upcoming album from a blank screen to completion, in just under 2 hours. We'll learn further skills during the process of course, including things that we previously hadn't covered, like how to do your own mixdowns without hiring outside help.

Finally, we'll wrap up the course with a section on my tips for success and productivity inside and outside the studio.
